Ultimately psychology can benefit everyone – at one point or another, we begin to realise that we need help to “Reset”, help to make us move from where we are to where we want to be. We are trained to help adolescents, men and women through all sorts of problems and conditions from anxiety and depression to ander management and stress.
Our office is based at Ellenborough House (a historic building) in the Ipswich CBD. In an environment that really does not feel or look like the “psychology office” (forget the ink blots) our office feels more like a comfy and safe spot you would have a chat with a friend.
